This registration session will sign you/your child up for participation in the tryouts for the upcoming 2024 / 2025 season.
Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.
USA Hockey's Membership / Registration runs from April 1st - March 31 annually. Due to the timing of the tryouts falling in March for some teams and April for others, please use your current 2023/2024 USA Hockey Membership for this registration.

PLAYER RELEASE FORM:
If you did not play for Pelham Youth Hockey in the 2022 / 2023 season, you will need to provide a Player Release Form signed by your current organization.
RULE OF 2:
Pelham Youth Hockey follows the HVHL's Rule of 2 regarding player movement between teams (if applicable)
